All personal information collected on this site is kept strictly confidential and not sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. Strict guidelines are adhered to in order to keep your personal information private. In an effort to provide the best service to our clients, RLModa.com periodically sends out special offers and discounts via electronic notice (email). NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. Online Order We use a secure server for your privacy and security. Online payment using the above mentioned credit cards can be made in the following way:
1. When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to a secure page and section of this site.
2. You will be asked to fill out information:
• Your name (as it reads on your credit card)
• Your billing address (to verify authorization)
• Your phone number (during business hours in the event we need to contact you about your order)
• Your email (where you can receive order confirmations and tracking info.)
• Your credit card type, number, CVV and expiration date Changes to Order Requests for changes to orders will be accepted up to 3 business hours following your order.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 17:00 pm (EST). After 3 hours it is considered a return and the return policies apply.
Exchange Policy (Online only) If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, exchange it for FREE within 2 days! (See Exchange Product Eligibility below) • No Restocking Fees!
RLModa.com will waive all fees associated with your eligible exchange.
Shipping charges will apply.
• The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order. Exchange Policy We gladly accept exchanges on all eligible products (see below). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products; therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer (Jon Renau or other brand names), a 30% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.
Return Product Eligibility
Returns can be applied only by a case by case basis. If you want to return your item, please email us to explain the situation at email@example.com otherwise no returns are accepted.
Exchange Product Eligibility
• In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
• Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
• Item(s) must be returned within 2 days of receiving your original order.
• Last call or clearance items, sale items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders. If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:
• Returning the item(s) to you at your cost • Donating the item(s) to the CanDonate Hair Foundation. You will receive a coupon for 25% off a future purchase with RLModa.com for your donation to charity. If no reply, all ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.
How To Exchange
Email us as soon as you want to exchange or return an item. We will send you a return number. Repackage your item(s) along with the given number written on the package, and mail it to 785 Decarie boul., Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada, H4L 3L3.
Backorders / Custom Orders
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us; 1–877–676–7337 email firstname.lastname@example.org
Custom orders can take up to 3 months depending on the rarity of the hair chosen. We cannot promise an exact time frame, and we will not be held responsible if the time frame exceeds the 3 months. Please contact us; 1–877–676–7337 or email email@example.com for a status.
For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed, with Canada Post the tracking information isn't always up to date. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.
Additional Shipping and Handling Charges
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total (50% on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Order Processing Orders are processed in to our system within 3 hours of order placement, at which time, they cannot be changed in any way. We Ship within 48 business hours, please keep in mind, depending on product availability, some orders may take more time, however you will be advised of these occurrences.
Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
Tracking Your Order
Please verify your account for tracking numbers. Shipping Delays Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email wigs@orderquality.
