CONSULTATIONS

Due to the current pandemic, we had to alter the way we are working with our clients. Please read carefully the following rules and regulations to keep all our clients and staff safe during this time. Once you read, please email us back confirming you have understood and will comply to these rules. Please note that we will not allow anyone in who does not abide by these regulations into the store. Please if you are experiencing any flu / cold symptoms cancel immediately your appointment, we will not allow you in to the store.

 

    • We ask that all clients not be accompanied in the store by any family member or friend. We are limiting one person in the store at a time. You can show them the wig through the window or by camera.
    • When you arrive, you will have to ring the bell and once you are buzzed in, you will have to wait at the door. Please tell the person your name and the time of your appointment. All clients need to come in with a mask and gloves. We will ask that you sanitize your hands / gloves at the door before seating;
    • The bathroom will not be accessible during your visit;
    • You will have to sit at the entrance table, no one can walk around the store. Please send us pictures of what you want as a wig, as well as color. This will allow us to prepare maximum 3 wigs that you can try on. You can also visit our website www.rlmoda.com to get an idea of what we offer. Please understand that we have to sanitize every wig after try on. We will give you a nylon cap, you put on the wig yourself. We will give you a demonstration on how to do it. Either way, you will have to put the wig on yourself at home.
    • Once your consultation is done, if there is work to do on the wig, such as cuts, adjustments, hair colors, etc.. You will have to come back another day to pick it up once the work is done, we will not do any cuts or adjustments directly on your head.

SERVICES

 

    • We ask that all clients who use the glue or sew in methods remove their piece and wash their own head before coming. We will not be offering any services at the sink. If you need products or help to do this, please visit www.rlmoda.com and scroll to the bottom their are many tutorials and videos to help you with this. If you need further assistance just email us.
    • Please put your wig or hairpiece in a bag and leave it on the table in the front of the store. We will bring it to the back to work on it (bring a hat to cover your head if needed). If we have to re-glue or pose the piece on your head, we will do it in the front with full gear as quickly as possible.
    • If you want to dye your hair, we offer 2 options, you can purchase a spray root concealer on our website for 15$ (we can send you the link) or we can sell you the dye kit and you can do it at home yourself. For links or additional help, just email us and we will send it to you. We will not be doing any dye on clients head, only on the piece.
    • If you are coming to wash your piece only, without pose, we ask that you drop off your piece in a bag on the table in the front. We will give you a time to come back and pick it up. We do not want people waiting in the store.  If this isn't possible, please advise us that you will be staying for the time we are washing so that we don't schedule anyone else at the same time.
